Shopping in Estonia

The shopping opportunities available for those visiting Estonia are really incredible. Of course, in shopping terms, Tallinn is not Paris or London, but there are plenty of possibilities to spend money doing some shopping in the capital of Estonia. The center of the city is dotted with dozens of souvenir, antique and speciality stores. There the travelers can buy glassware, amber, ceramics, leather-bound books, and the items of local folk art. The most popular are traditional hand-knitted thick wool jumpers. Looking for big department stores, go to Tartu, where such shops as Eeden, Kaubamaja and Selver are situated.
